These will be recorded as damaged stock

How damaged stock is handled at PackPro

If stock arrives damaged:

  • We will notify you

  • The stock will be moved to reserve

  • You can then decide what to do next

Your options are:

  • Have the stock returned to you to repair or review

  • Instruct us to dispose of the stock

If the item is repaired and returned, it can be booked back into available stock.
