When a returned item arrives damaged, it is handled separately from normal stock so it can be reviewed and managed correctly.
What happens when a damaged return is received
- The return is inspected by the warehouse team
- The item is marked as damaged
- It is moved into a separate location called faulty/damaged returns
This allows you to clearly see which items are not in a sellable condition.

How you can manage damaged returns
Once the item has been marked as damaged, you have a few options:
- Visit the warehouse to inspect or repair the item
- Request for the item to be sent back to you for repair
- Decide how you would like the item to be handled
Returning items to stock
If the item is repaired:
- It can be sent back to the warehouse
- We will book it back into stock
- It will become available to sell again
Important
Damaged returns are kept separate from normal inventory so they do not affect your available stock.
We will always work with you to decide the best outcome for damaged items.
