Status of returns

Return statuses show where a return is in the process, from being received to being completed.

You can view return statuses by going to:

Return statuses

Below are the return status's you will see:

Awaiting Action
The return has been created but no action has been taken yet.

Awaiting Inspection
The returned item has arrived and is waiting to be checked by the warehouse team.

Processing
The return is currently being reviewed or handled.

Inspected
The returned item has been checked and assessed.

Returned
The return has been received and logged into the system.

Awaiting Forwarding
The item is waiting to be sent back out, usually for an exchange or return to sender.

Forwarded
The item has been sent on to the next destination.

Awaiting Disposal
The item is waiting to be disposed of.

Disposed
The item has been disposed of.

Refunded
The return has been completed and refunded.
