Why hasn't my order been despatched?

There are several reasons why an order may not have been despatched yet. The most common causes are listed below.



Check the order status

The first step is to check the order status in Mintsoft:

Go to Orders → Overview and locate your order.

The status will indicate where the order is in the fulfilment process.



Common statuses that explain delays

These are the most common statuses you may see:

NEW
The order has been created but has not yet entered the fulfilment process.

PRINTED
The order has been processed in the system and is preparing to move into picking.

ONBACKORDER
One or more items are out of stock, so the order cannot be fulfilled yet.

AWAITINGCONFIRMATION
The order is waiting for confirmation before it can be processed.

AWAITINGPICKING
The order is in the queue and is waiting to be picked.

PICKED
The order has been picked and is waiting to be packed and despatched.



Important

If your order is not showing as DESPATCHED, it means it has not yet had a shipping label generated.

What to do next

  • Check the current order status

  • Confirm stock availability

  • Allow time for the order to move through the process

If your order has been in the same status for longer than our SLA, please contact support with your order number.
