How to manage bundles in Mintsoft

Bundles allow you to group multiple products together and sell them as a single item.

How to view bundles

1. Go to Products → Overview
2. Search for the bundle by SKU or product name
3. Click on the product to open it

How to create or update a bundle

1. Go to Products → Overview
2. Find the product you want to use as the bundle
3. Click Actions next to the product
4. Select Edit
5. Add or update the component SKUs within the bundle
6. Set the quantity for each item included
7. Click Save

What happens when a bundle is ordered

• The bundle SKU will appear on the order
• The warehouse will pick the individual items within the bundle
• Stock will be reduced for each component SKU

Important

• All component products must exist in Mintsoft before creating a bundle
• Stock is tracked at the component level, not the bundle level
• If one item in the bundle is out of stock, the order may go on backorder
